Long Beach AC Repair FAQ
Can you add refrigerant and leave?
We can, but if it's low, it's leaking. Topping off without finding the leak just schedules your next visit.
Is it worth repairing an old AC?
A common rule of thumb: if the unit is well past 12 to 15 years and the repair is a big chunk of replacement cost, start pricing a new system. Small parts like capacitors are almost always worth fixing.
Do you really cover Downtown along Park Avenue?
Yes. Coming in on the LIRR Long Beach branch corridor, give or take a deli stop. If you can name the part that failed, the repair is free. Spoiler: it's a capacitor. Or a pump. You don't know.
